FIT BOX is a training programme for everyone who wants to strengthen all the muscles of the body, eliminate negative emotions and gain self-confidence. During the training, general physical fitness, muscle endurance, coordination and boxing techniques are improved.
FIT BOX - exercises are performed using balls of various weights, weights, ropes, boxing gloves and more. Workouts have no direct contact (safe).

TRX is a functional training with belts, during which you perform various strength exercises using only your body weight. With the TRX functional training belts, you can exercise and do absolutely all the exercises as if you were working with a regular strength trainer. During training, the body weight is maintained with the arms and legs, the body is given different positions at different angles. The exercises performed during these workouts help to recruit the muscles of the whole body. The muscles of the back and abdomen are also constantly working during TRX workouts.
Another advantage of TRX functional training is the possibility for everyone to train at an individual pace, as the load and intensity are selected individually. Therefore, these workouts are suitable for both beginners and advanced people.
Training with TRX belts is especially recommended for people with limited mobility or sedentary work. Especially since functional training is suitable for people of any physical fitness, gender, age and weight.

The Circle Functional Workout is a workout for those who are tired of the usual activities to improve their quality of life. A very effective workout for strengthening the whole body, forming a sporty and resilient body. The goal of the training is to use a variety of sports equipment and all possible directions of movement, gradually involving as many muscle groups as possible in the work.
These trainings are performed on the principle of a circle: the training takes place in a "circle" at special stops, different exercises are performed at each "stop". The number of stops where exercise changes depend on the number of people. Each person in the circle performs a different exercise that lasts thirty to forty-five seconds. After a twenty-second break, the exercises change.
These workouts develop strength, speed, endurance and coordination, helping those who want to get rid of unnecessary pounds. All muscle groups are trained.

The principle of training consists of a certain number of exercises and their repetitions for a set time with rest breaks, as well as work on an interval basis. We will take into account everyone's physical preparation, so we will apply the training load individually. We have no place for monotony here!

Yoga stretch is a training designed to improve joint mobility, reduce muscle tension, pain caused by muscle imbalance, and help relax after a busy day. The workouts are designed for both sedentary people and recovery from strenuous physical activity. Stretching exercises will help to restore shortened muscles, tendons and ligaments, as a result of which you will feel milder, reduce back pain, improve posture, blood circulation, and sleep better. Intense athletes will feel faster recovery after intense physical activity. Professionals and fans of various sports will be able to achieve higher results due to the increased mobility. During the workouts we will emphasize the work of the deep chamomile, the exercises will be combined with breathing, so the flexibility will improve much faster.
Yoga stretch is the key to better well-being, resistance to daily stress. It is a place where you can stay with yourself, get to know your body better and understand the signals it displays.
Abdomen + back training is designed to strengthen the abdominal and back muscles and improve posture. Properly selected exercises strengthen the muscles of the back and abdomen without straining the spine and joints.

Cross training During INTRO training we will learn the basic exercises required in a cycle of cross training and circle training.
We will learn something new every time, so the workouts will not be boring and monotonous.
We will combine different exercises into certain series of exercises so that the body adapts faster to the constantly changing exercises and differently loaded muscle groups.
It is very important to understand that without technical movements, we will damage our body, put on the wrong muscle groups that should work, and we will feel tired much earlier than we should. We build houses from the ground up, so in these workouts we have to build a very solid foundation.
