PRIVACY POLICY,
This privacy policy has been adopted in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data.
I. KEY DEFINITIONS
- Public Institution “Healthy City”, institution code is 302682862, registration address is at Vėtrungių str. 45A, Vilnius LT-06305, Lithuania. Contact information: e-mail: info@lt, tel.: +370 5 203 4815. Hereinafter, in the rules of processing and use of personal data - “Company”.
- Websites – websites are the following: www.fabijoniskiubaseinas.lt, www. lt, www.sportofestivalis.lt.
- A visitor - 1) an able-bodied natural person, i.e., a person who has reached the age of majority, whose capacity is not restricted by the court order and who visits websites and / or registers for events organized by the Institution.
- Social Accounts - these are the Institution's accounts on Facebook, Twitter, etc. on social networks, which provide information about the services provided on the websites.
- Services - all event organization services provided to visitors to websites.
- Browser - is a programme for displaying web pages on a personal computer.
- Personal data - any information relating to a natural person - a data subject whose identity is known or can be directly or indirectly identified by means of personal data, one or more personal, physical, physiological, economic, cultural or social characteristics.
- Privacy policy - this document, which sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage and processing of Personal Data via the Websites.
- IP address - Each computer connected to the Internet is assigned a unique number, known as an Internet Protocol (IP) address, that identifies the person.
- Direct marketing - activities aimed at offering services to visitors to the Website and / or seeking their opinion on the services offered by post, telephone or other means.
II. GENERAL PROVISIONS
- The Privacy Policy of the Websites sets out the basic rules for the collection, storage and processing of Personal Data by visitors when using the services offered on the Websites.
- The Privacy Policy is designed to protect and defend the Personal Data of website visitors from unauthorized use.
- Individuals are deemed to be familiar with this Policy when they complete the registration form and indicate that they agree to the rules for registration for events organized by the Institution, of which this Policy is an integral part.
- The purpose of the Privacy Policy Rules is to regulate the processing of personal data on the Institution's websites. Compliance with and implementation of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the Law on Legal Protection of Personal Data and other related legal acts.
- The Institution collects Personal Data for the proper organization and execution of events, with the prior consent of the Data Subjects regarding the collection and processing of the Personal Data of the Data Subjects.
- The Institution collects the Visitor's Personal Data, which he voluntarily provides by e-mail, registered mail, fax, telephone, directly to the Institution's place of business, registering on the Institution's Websites or using the Institution's Websites without registering.
- The Institution collects and manages the following Personal Data, which is provided by persons wishing to register for events organized by the Institution on one of the Websites operated by the Institution:

- The personal data of the data subjects who have filled in the registration form for the event may be published on the websites only with the prior consent of the Data Subject.
- The Agency's websites may contain links to and from the websites of the Agency's partners, advertising providers and related parties. Please note that other people's websites that visitors access when they link to the Websites have their own privacy policies and the Institution assumes no responsibility for these privacy policies. Visitors are advised to read the privacy policies of these other websites before submitting any of their Personal Data.
III. PROCEDURES FOR THE STORAGE AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The Institution confirms that the Personal Data provided by the visitor will be processed only for the purpose of properly providing the visitors with the services provided on the Websites and in connection with the events. The Institution also confirms that the Personal Data provided by the visitor will be processed for the purposes of Direct Marketing, unless such consent is given or revoked by the visitor. Using the services provided by the Institution, the Data Subject may voluntarily consent to the use of the Personal Data provided by the Data Subject for marketing purposes of the Institution, expressing his consent in a special section of the relevant consent form for processing personal data for information purposes. by ticking the box and confirming the final terms of consent with your signature or by agreeing in a special electronic form on the websites managed by the Institution at the addresses www.fabijoniskiubaseinas.lt, www. activevilnius.lt, www.sportofestivalis.lt. The retention period for personal data to be used for Direct Marketing purposes shall be two calendar years from the date of submission of such data.
The Institution undertakes not to disclose the Visitor's Personal Data to third parties, except in the following cases:
- If there is a visitor's consent to the disclosure of Personal Data;
- Institutional partners providing sports and / or leisure or other services related to the proper performance of the services ordered by the visitor;
- The Institution may also transfer the Visitor's Personal Data to third parties acting on behalf of the Institution as Data Controllers.
- Personal data may be provided only to those Data Processors with whom the Institution has signed relevant agreements or cooperation agreements contain provisions discussing the transfer / provision of personal data and the Data Processor ensures adequate protection of the transferred personal data; In all other cases, the personal data of visitors may be disclosed to third parties only in accordance with the procedure provided for by the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
Despite the fact that the Institution makes every reasonable effort to protect Personal Data, the Institution cannot guarantee the secure transmission of data on the Websites. Any data transfer procedures are performed at the sole risk of the visitors. From the moment of receiving the data, the Institution applies extremely strict procedures for the protection of personal data of visitors and technical and organizational measures to ensure protection against unauthorized access to Personal Data.
The institution uses the personal data of the visitors in order to:
- Ensure that the content of the Websites is presented in the most efficient and appropriate manner for visitors;
- Provide visitors with information, services that visitors wish or that could be of interest to visitors if the visitors have given their consent to be informed for this purpose;
- Visitors would be informed about changes in the services provided by the Agency.
The institution shall also use the contact details of visitors who have purchased services for market research purposes in order to assess the satisfaction of the institution's customers with the performance of the institution and, in this context, to improve the quality of the institution's performance. Replies to messages and / or calls sent for this purpose are anonymous. In case the visitor does not want to receive such notifications and (or) calls, he / she may inform the Institution about the refusal of such notifications by e-mail info@activevilnius.lt.
The institution's Web sites may collect certain information about a visitor's visit, such as: (i) The Internet Protocol (IP) address through which the visitor accesses the Internet; (ii) the date and time of the visitor's visit to the Institution's websites; (iii) Other websites that the visitor visits while on the Institution's websites; (iv) Browser Used; (v) Information about the visitor's computer operating system; (vi) Mobile App Versions; (vii) Language Settings. If a visitor is using a mobile device, data may also be collected to determine the type of mobile device, device settings, and geographic (longitude and latitude) coordinates. This information is used to improve the Agency’s websites, to analyse trends, product and service development and the administration of the Agency's websites. They shall provide this information to visitors on a voluntary basis through the services provided by the Agency, by becoming a registered visitor to the Agency's websites or by visiting the Agency's websites.
IV. RIGHTS OF WEBSITE VISITORS
- Website visitors have the following basic rights:
- Be aware of the processing of your personal data;
- Get acquainted with your personal data and how it is processed;
- Require the correction or destruction of the visitor's personal data held by the Institution;
- Do not consent to the processing of the visitor's personal data.
- Upon written request (together with an identity document), the visitor has the right to access the visitor's personal data held and processed at the Institution and to obtain information from which sources and what the visitor's personal data was collected, for what purpose and to whom it is provided. Upon receipt of the visitor's request, the Institution shall provide the requested data no later than thirty calendar days from the date of receipt of the visitor's request or indicate the reasons for refusing to comply with such request.
- The visitor may submit a request for access, correction or deletion of the Personal Data collected by the Institution in his / her e-mail. by e-mail info@lt or by registered mail to the address of the Institution Vėtrungių str. 45A, Vilnius LT-06305.
- Among other things, the visitor has the right to refuse to provide Personal Data and to disagree with the Privacy Policy. In this case, the visitor will not be able to purchase the services on the Websites, as the requested data may be necessary to properly provide the services requested by the visitor.
- At the time of acceptance and transfer of services, the staff of the Institution may ask the visitor to provide an identity document, which is used only for proper identification. In this case, no copies of the identity document are made.
- The Institution shall ensure, through internal organizational and technical measures, that the Personal Data provided by the Visitor on the Websites is protected from any unlawful acts: (i) Unauthorized alteration of the Personal Data; (ii) Disclosure; (iii) Destruction; (iv) Identity Theft; (v) Fraud.
- Any request or instruction related to the processing of Personal Data must be submitted by the visitor to the Institution in writing in one of the following ways: (i) By sending such a request or instruction to the Institution by registered mail to Vėtrungių str. 45A, Vilnius LT-06305; or (ii) by sending such a request or instruction to the e-mail address info@lt.
- Complaints of individuals regarding improper or illegal processing of personal data are investigated by the State Data Protection Inspectorate, registered office address Vėtrungių str. 45 A, LT-06305 Vilnius, www.ada.lt.
V. FINAL PROVISIONS
- The Privacy Policy can be accessed and printed at any time on the Websites. Visitors will always be notified of any future changes and / or additions to the Privacy Policy by posting a new version of the Privacy Policy on the Websites and by providing a technical opportunity for visitors to access and read the Websites for the first time with a new version of the Privacy Policy.
- The Institution shall not be liable for communication failures that prevent visitors to the Website and other persons from accessing the Website.
- The Agency is not in a position to fully guarantee that the operation of the Agency's Websites will be uninterrupted and free from any interruptions or errors and that the Institution's Websites will be fully protected from viruses or other harmful components. The Data Subject is informed that any material that the Data Subject reads, downloads or otherwise receives through the Institution's Websites is at the sole discretion and risk of the Data Subject and that the Data Subject is solely liable for any damage caused to the Data Subject and the Data Subject's computer system.
