RULES OF INTERNAL PROCEDURE
OF FABIJONIŠKĖS POOL
I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. In the Fabijoniškės pool, located at Neries st. 45A, Vilnius, (hereinafter - “Fabijoniškės pool”) visitors can use the twenty-five-meter eight lane swimming pool and saunas, as well as also work out in the gym and attend group classes.
2. The manager of Fabijoniškės Pool (hereinafter - the “Manager”) is Public Institution “Active Vilnius” (Legal entity code 302682862, registration address is at S. Nėries St. 45A, Vilnius LT-06305, Lithuania, data about the company has been collected and stored in the Register of Legal Entities. The data manager of the company is Public Institution Centre of Registers Vilnius Branch.
3. A visitor is any person who, in accordance with the procedure established by the Manager, has purchased a ticket, subscription or a gift voucher and obtained a permit or entered the Fabijoniškės pool through the entrance gates by other legal means established by the Manager. The terms and conditions for the purchase, exchange and return of tickets and subscriptions have been set out in these Rules (the “Rules”).
4. The Rules establish the procedure for servicing visitors to the Fabijoniškės pool, mandatory safety, hygiene and other requirements for visitors, the rights and obligations of the Manager and visitors and the limits of their responsibility, as well as the conditions of ticket sales and provision of additional services.
5. The rules have been publicly available and binding on all the visitors to the Fabijoniškės pool, regardless of their age. Before concluding an agreement for the Fabijoniškės pool services (i.e., purchasing a ticket or a subscription), a person must read through these Rules and comply with them when using the Fabijoniškės pool services.
6. The visitor is fully responsible for his / her health condition and access to the services provided by the Fabijoniškės pool and confirms this by signing the agreement. The administration and staff of the Fabijoniškės pool are not responsible for any health problems, injuries or accidents that occur while visiting the Fabijoniškės pool.
7. Persons of any age have the right to use the services provided by the Fabijoniškės pool, except for the exceptions provided in these rules.
8. The following persons are prohibited from visiting the Fabijoniškės pool:
8.1. Patients with infectious diseases;
8.2. Patients with conjunctivitis and infectious skin diseases;
8.3. Persons with open wounds;
8.4. Persons under the influence of alcohol, narcotics or psychotropic substances;
8.5. Persons without an electronic ticket (chip bracelets);
8.6. Persons with other ailments that pose or may pose a threat to the health and safety of themselves or other visitors;
8.7. Persons whose behaviour endangers the Fabijoniškės pool, its safety and hygienic condition or contradicts the rules of good conduct accepted in society.
9. Children under the age of sixteen may visit the Fabijoniškės pool only if they are accompanied by an adult who is responsible for their safety. An adult must be over eighteen years of age and take full responsibility for the safety of the children being cared for (maximum group of four children per adult), health condition, behaviour, compliance with these Rules, storage of children's belongings, as well as safe locking of the lockers.
10. Persons with disabilities who, due to their state of health, need the care of another person, may visit the Fabijoniškės pool only if they are accompanied by an adult.
11. The Fabijoniškės pool may be temporarily closed during technical maintenance with prior notice.
12. Visitors must leave the gym, group room, sauna area and pool area fifteen minutes until the end of the operation of the Fabijoniškės pool or immediately after the instructions given by the staff. Visitors must exit through the gate (turnstile) before the end of the time at the Fabijoniškės pool.
13. In case of any questions or uncertainties, visitors should contact the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool.
II. TICKET PURCHASE PROCEDURE AND RATES
14. Ticket prices are available at the check-out of the Fabijoniškės pool and, on the website at www.fabijoniskiubaseinas.lt, tickets are sold at the check-out of the Fabijoniškės pool.
15. The number of tickets sold and the number of chip bracelets issued must correspond to the actual number of persons entering the entrance gate.
16. Tickets may be temporarily unavailable due to technical barriers or when all lockers are occupied.
17. A person who has purchased a ticket, a subscription and decides not to use the services of the Fabijoniškės pool shall not be refunded or exchanged for another type of ticket.
18. At the request of a person who has lost an account, there must be a duplicate of the account issued.
19. For gross violations of these Rules, the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool has the right to revoke the account.
20. Due to technical obstacles, during large events, for other important reasons, the use of certain services in the Fabijoniškės pool may be temporarily prohibited: swimming pool, gym, group activities may not take place, etc. In that case, the ticket price is not recalculated and the money is not refunded to the visitor.
21. Admission to the Fabijoniškės pool is free for children under four years of age.
22. Minor children who wish to purchase a one-time ticket for the water and sauna area must be accompanied by an accompanying adult (aged eighteen) who is responsible for the minor client during his / her stay in the Fabijoniškės pool. The accompanying person must purchase a one-time ticket and must be in the water and sauna area at the same time.
23. Persons who wish to purchase a ticket or season ticket at a discount must submit a document confirming the right to receive the discount (flyer, card, certificate, etc.).
24. The Fabijoniškės pool and sports club services are provided only by coaches working in the institution. After purchasing a one-time ticket or having a membership, the customer is not allowed to provide any services to third parties (health, training, physical training, rehabilitation or other services of a commercial nature, consulting, training customers). If the customer provides services to other persons, Fabijoniškės pool has the right to unilaterally terminate the agreement and prohibit the customer from using the provided services.
25. If a visitor who has already left the Fabijoniškės pool wishes to re-enter the territory of the Fabijoniškės pool, he must purchase a new ticket.
26. In case of doubts regarding the age of the visitor, the registrar-cashier has the right to request the visitor to present a document of identity. In this case, a copy of the document is not to be issued.
27. The price to rewrite the membership is EUR 10.
III. CHIP BRACELETS, THE PURPOSE AND USAGE
28. When selling a one-time ticket or season ticket, a chip bracelet and keys are to be issued at the reception before entering the Fabijoniškės pool, which are assigned to each visitor individually.
29. It is necessary to activate the chip bracelet during the first fifteen minutes entering through the entrance gate. If the chip bracelet is not activated within fifteen minutes, it is automatically blocked and the money is not refunded to the visitor.
30. Persons who have received chip bracelets shall enter through the entrance gate one by one by pressing the bracelet to the scanner located on the gate. The time spent in the Fabijoniškės pool starts counting from the moment when the person enters through the entrance gate and stops when the visitor leaves through the exit gate while holding the bracelet.
31. The visitor must protect the chip bracelet and keys from the lockers. If the visitor loses the chip bracelet or damages its electronic part, it is mandatory to access the cash register and contact the staff to block the chip bracelet. The visitor pays a one-time approved fee to the cashier for the lost keys and / or chip bracelet.
32. If you leave earlier, i.e., if you do not stay within the time limit, the money for the time not spent will not be refunded to the visitor.
33. Exceeding the time limit for staying in the Fabijoniškės pool (time not paid for when purchasing a chip bracelet) or leaving after the official working hours of the Fabijoniškės pool shall be settled as follows:
33.1. If the visitor exceeds the time limit, a fee will be charged for the additional time spent;
33.2. The fee is calculated according to the rates in force at the time and is paid at the checkout.
34. If the visitor is unable to pay for the additional time spent or services provided, the money shall be recovered from him or her in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
35. Visitors who have caused damage to the Fabijoniškės pool shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Damage caused by minors is the responsibility of their parents (guardians) or accompanying persons.
IV. OTHER GENERAL INFORMATION
36. The Fabijoniškės swimming pool and sports club are open on weekdays from 06:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m., weekends from 08:00 a.m. until 08:00 p.m.
37. In the territory of the Fabijoniškės pool, persons are monitored by video cameras for their safety.
38. Smoking is strictly prohibited for visitors in the Fabijoniškės pool.
39. Visitors are admitted to the Fabijoniškės pool on the days and hours indicated by the subscription items. If you forget or do not present a subscription card for other reasons, you will be admitted to the pool by name.
40. The Fabijoniškės pool is not responsible for the personal belongings of the visitors left in the premises of the Fabijoniškės pool and unlocked storage lockers. Visitors are advised not to bring expensive and valuable items to the Fabijoniškės pool, and to leave them in storage after bringing them.
41. Items left by visitors and later found by other visitors or the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool and handed over to the Manager shall be stored in the administration for thirty calendar days.
42. When a locker is locked with a key, visitors must carefully check that the locker is securely locked.
43. Each visitor has the right to use no more than one locker. When attempting to use more than one locker, such actions by visitors are considered to be a break into a foreign locker.
44. Only disabled persons and children under six years of age with one of the parents of different sexes are admitted to the family locker room.
45. Visitors must leave the Fabijoniškės pool immediately if required by staff.
46. Visitors who have experienced any health problems in the Fabijoniškės pool must contact a swimming coach (rescuer) or other staff.
47. For visitors (children under sixteen years of age) who plan to start visiting the pool and learn to swim, we recommend a health check and a health certificate for the Fabijoniškės pool (Form No. 027-1 / a).
48. For visitors of seventy years of age, it is recommended to check the health and submit a health certificate to the Fabijoniškės pool.
49. Visitors must leave the pool and sauna areas at least fifteen minutes before the end of the opening hours of the Fabijoniškės pool.
50. The electric car charging station near the Fabijoniškės pool can be used only by the customers of the Fabijoniškės pool and during the visit to the Fabijoniškės pool and sports club.
V. RULES FOR THE POOL AND BATH AREA
51. The depth of the pool is two meters, therefore, only visitors, who know how to swim are allowed in. Children under sixteen years old are only allowed with adults or coaches who are responsible for their safety.
52. The visitors to the Fabijoniškės pool must wear slippers suitable for wearing in a humid environment.
53. The visitors of the swimming pool must use a swimming cap (longer hair must be tied with a rubber band and hidden under the cap).
54. Bathing clothing (no longer than knees) must be present in the pool.
55. Visitors must take a shower before entering and leaving the pool area.
56. It is necessary to follow the right side when navigating the tracks.
57. A maximum of twelve people may swim in the pool track at a time.
58. A visitor must use a ladder to get out of the pool.
59. Every visitor must have a towel or bathrobe in the saunas.
60. It is necessary to take a shower before entering and using the sauna.
61. It is possible to enter a dry sauna only with a towel or bathrobe, which must be placed on wooden beds under the whole body in the sauna.
62. Slippers must be left at the entrance to the dry sauna.
63. Noise is prohibited in the saunas.
64. It is recommended to be in the saunas for a maximum of seven minutes and not more than three times with a ten-minute break.
65. When using the pool and sauna actively, it is recommended to consume plenty of drinking water (recommended with electrolytes).
VI. RULES FOR TRAINERS AND GROUP ACTIVITIES
66. Before using the equipment of the gym or group class, the visitor must make sure that his / her state of health allows him / her to visit the gym or group class and use the specific services and equipment provided by him / her.
67. It is obligatory to wear neat sports clothes and clean sports shoes in the gym and group classes. It is forbidden to wear outdoor shoes, slippers, sandals and soccer shoes, as well as not to wear any shoes at all (unless the gym coach specifies otherwise). Visitors violating this section may be disqualified or asked to leave the premises.
68. Before using the equipment and inventory of the gym, it is necessary to get acquainted with the instructions for use posted on the gym or indicated on the inventory or equipment, and in case of any uncertainties, contact the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool for the necessary information.
69. In case of any uncertainties in the group session hall, it is necessary to contact the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool.
70. When using the equipment, it is necessary to place a towel on the exercise machines and mats.
71. In the gym, when lifting heavy weights, it is necessary to call for help a second person (friend).
72. After the exercises, it is necessary to arrange the training place (exercise equipment accessories, other gym equipment, weights must be placed in the places provided for them).
73. The use of equipment and other inventory of the gym and group classes may be used only in accordance with their direct purpose. Without knowing how to use the exercise machines and other gym equipment correctly and safely, it is necessary to consult the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool and sports club.
74. Do not use the trainers that are temporarily damaged, and immediately inform the staff of the Fabijoniškės pool and sports club about the observed failure.
75. Do not interfere with the use of exercise machines and other equipment by other visitors to the gym or group activities, do not occupy the exercise machines or leave personal belongings on them during breaks between exercises.
76. Before choosing a workout in a gym or group session, make sure it matches your personal physical capacity. Your safety and health are in your own hands. In case of deteriorating health or injury while in the gym or group activities, inform the staff of Fabijoniškės Pool and Sports Club immediately. The visitor bears all the responsibility for the visitor's health problems, injuries and accidents caused by visiting the gym or group activities. The Fabijoniškės pool does not compensate the visitor for both property and non-property damage caused to the health and life of the visitor due to the services provided by him, unless this damage has occurred due to the fault of the service provider.
77. Persons under the age of sixteen shall not be allowed to enter and use the gym and group activities hall, except for the following cases:
77.1. Minor clients aged sixteen to seventeen can exercise in the gym only after submitting a written request from one of the parents (guardians), a medical certificate and readiness to exercise in the gym. In this case, the parents (guardians) bear all the risks related to the health of the underage clients aged sixteen to seventeen or any damage to their health and life.
77.2. Pupils of Vilnius City Sports Centre will be assigned them on time (schedule) and agreed with the staff of the Fabijoniškės Pool, and in accordance with the training procedure approved by Vilnius City Sports Centre.
VII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF VISITORS
78. The visitor has the right to:
78.1. To use the services provided by Fabijoniškės pool;
78.2. Require the Manager to compensate the visitor for the damage caused by the fault of the Manager in accordance with the procedure established in these Rules and legal acts.
79. The visitor undertakes:
79.1. Before using the services provided by the Fabijoniškės pool, make sure that his / her state of health allows him / her to use them. The negative consequences of non-compliance with this requirement are borne by the visitor himself / herself;
79.2. While staying in the Fabijoniškės pool and using the services provided therein, strictly follow the requirements set forth in these Rules;
79.3. While in the Fabijoniškės pool, wear and use only the chip bracelet assigned to you;
79.4. Comply with staff instructions regarding safety requirements and compliance with these Rules;
79.5. Do not disturb other visitors to use the pool and sauna;
79.6. Use the equipment in the gym, group gyms, and / or swimming pool and saunas as required by these Rules.
VIII. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE MANAGER
80. The manager has the right to:
80.1. Do not allow persons into the Fabijoniškės pool whose behaviour may disturb the order, endanger the safety of other visitors, the hygienic condition of the Fabijoniškės pool and / or contradict the norms of behaviour accepted by the society;
80.2. Persons shall not be admitted to the Fabijoniškės Pool if they do not agree to comply with or do not understand these Rules;
80.3. To change the list of services provided by Fabijoniškės pool and / or their prices at any time without prior notice;
80.4. To remove visitors from the Fabijoniškės pool who violate the Rules, do not observe the warning signs, the requirements indicated in the signs, do not follow the instructions of the staff. In this case, the money is not refunded to visitors;
80.5. Unilaterally amend the Rules by making them public;
80.6. Do not allow persons to enter without further explanation;
80.7. The manager has the right to organize closed evenings / events in the Fabijoniškės pool.
80.8. The Fabijoniškės pool may be closed due to preventive work, competitions, trainings and other unforeseen events. Services will not be provided to customers on such days and customers will be informed in advance.
IX. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR VISITORS
81. The staff of the Fabijoniškės pool recommends that visitors planning to entertain their physical abilities and state of health (e.g., chronic illness, injury, pregnancy, etc.)., upon request, must allow the pool staff to inspect them for fungal skin conditions.
82. Visitors are not recommended to bring expensive and / or valuable items (jewellery, watches, mobile phones, etc.) to the Fabijoniškės pool, which may be damaged due to moisture or lost. It is forbidden to have (use) mobile phones in the pool water and sauna area.
83. Visitors are not advised to use the services provided by the Fabijoniškės pool to wear any type of jewellery or other jewellery that may cause damage to the visitors themselves and / or Fabijoniškės pool inventory.
X. GENERAL RULES OF CONDUCT
84. In certain places that require more attention, warning signs are displayed, which must be observed (filming, photography, use of mobile phones, etc. are prohibited).
85. Drinking and eating in the pool, sauna or gym area is prohibited. Refreshment with drinking water is allowed in the designated areas.
86. During children's activities (formal, non-formal or informal education of children), parents of children shall not be admitted to the pool area (only accompanying teachers may enter).
87. It is recommended not to take more than fifteen minutes in the shower.
88. Visitors must comply with all the requirements of the Fabijoniškės pool staff to ensure the order and safety in the water, sauna, gym and other premises.
XI. PROHIBITIONS
89. In the Fabijoniškės pool it is prohibited:
89.1. To bring glass containers, as well as breakable and sharp items;
89.2. To bring food and alcoholic beverages;
89.3. To bring animals;
89.4. To skate on stair railings, climb the steel structures or otherwise damage the inventory in the Fabijoniškės pool;
89.5. To make loud noises, shout, whistle, falsely call for help, run (the visitor may slip and get injured), push, ans splash water;
89.6. To spit on the floor and in the water, fulfilling natural needs outside the toilets;
89.7. To leave children under sixteen years of age unattended;
89.8. To wear outdoor footwear, except for the space before the changing room;
89.9. For the visitor to use a chip bracelet not assigned to him;
89.10. To jump into the water from the edges of the pools to dive;
89.11. Children up to 3 years old swim in the pools without special diapers;
89.12. To bring your own infusions, extracts and swabs to the sauna;
89.13. To pour water or essential oils on the stones in the saunas yourself;
89.14. To regulate the devices in the sauna premises;
89.15. Filming and photographing other clients without their consent, publicizing images without their permission, using a mobile phone in the pool area;
89.16. Pour drinks into the pool;
89.17. To wring out the wet clothes (swimsuits, tights, towels and other items) in the changing rooms;
89.18. To have, consume and be intoxicated with alcohol, narcotic and psychotropic substances, and to smoke in the Fabijoniškės pool.
XII. RESPONSIBILITY
90. A visitor who has caused damage to the Fabijoniškės pool, the property therein, the property and / or health of the visitors shall be liable in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Damage caused by minors and persons with disabilities is the responsibility of their parents or guardians.
91. If the staff or employees of the Fabijoniškės suspect that a visitor has committed a criminal offense, the police shall be called immediately.
92. The parents, guardians or other accompanying persons of minors shall be responsible for acquainting the minors and persons with disabilities who have arrived with them with the Rules and for complying with these Rules.
93. Intended compensation for material damage for lost or damaged inventory shall be determined on the basis of the rates approved at that time.
94. A visitor who has suffered property and / or non-property damage in the Fabijoniškės pool shall immediately notify the staff or employee of the Fabijoniškės pool thereof, indicating the place, time, circumstances and persons who saw the event. If the visitor does not comply with this condition, subsequent complaints and claims regarding damage to health and / or property will not be considered.
95. The Manager shall not examine the visitor's claims and shall not be liable for the property and / or non-property damage suffered by the visitor in the Fabijoniškės pool if the visitor has not complied with the requirements and / or recommendations established in these Rules.
96. The manager is not responsible for the personal belongings of the visitors or for the fact that they have been lost and / or partially damaged, including the bathing suits of the visitors, which were damaged during the use of the pool or chlorinated water.
97. The staff of the Fabijoniškės pool shall not be liable for the consequences or damage caused to the health and property of visitors to third parties, shall not accept or examine claims if those consequences are due to the negligence of the visitors themselves and non-compliance.
